After receiving a ‘requires improvement rating from the Care Quality Commission, Harrogate and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust achieved success when it embraced cultural development. Through our high-intensity programme focussed on cultural improvement, the trust received almost 10,000 more positive comments from patients about the care received, as well as a significantly upgraded rating by the CQC.
